What it does

A dense core of condensed Ether, forged from a large batch of Ether Shards. Toggle it on for one gear upgrade attempt: +20% success chance at any level. It is consumed only if that bonus turns a failure into a success.

Where to get it

Forged at the Ether Forge from a big batch of Ether Shards + coins. Toggle it on in the Upgrade tab for +20% success chance on one attempt, at any gear level - consumed only when that bonus turns a failure into a success.
